How it works
Here's exactly what happens when you hand your fulfilment to us.
We start with a short call to understand your products, packaging and customers. Then we connect your Shopify, TikTok Shop or Etsy store to our system, so new orders arrive with us automatically. No spreadsheets, no copying and pasting.
Book in a delivery and send your stock to our unit in Northern Ireland, either yourself or straight from your supplier. We count everything, check it against what you expected and put it on clearly labelled shelves.
Every working day, we pick each order, scan it to check it's right and pack it in a suitable box or mailer. Want tissue paper, a thank-you card or a sample? Just tell us, and we'll do it on every order.
We print the right label for each parcel at our discounted courier rate and hand it over to the courier. Tracking goes straight back to your shop, so your customer gets their dispatch email automatically.
Customers send returns straight to our unit. We check each item, tell you its condition and, if it's in perfect shape, put it back into stock so it can be sold again. Damaged items are set aside for you to decide what happens next. Returns cost £1.50 per item.
At the start of each month you'll get one clear invoice for the month before: orders packed, storage used, deliveries received and postage. Every line is itemised, so you can see exactly what you paid for. No subscription, no minimum spend.
