Being local does not mean you need to bring every delivery yourself. You can arrange a stock shipment or send goods directly from your supplier. We agree the delivery beforehand, check what arrives and put it onto labelled shelves. The aim is to take routine logistics off your list, not create extra trips.
From shop connection to packed parcel
We begin with your products and packing preferences. Tell us about variations, fragile items, branded packaging and the details that make an order feel like it came from your shop. These preferences are written down during setup, so fulfilment starts with a shared understanding.
Shopify, TikTok Shop and Etsy connect directly to our system. Orders arrive automatically, stock information syncs back to the connected shop and tracking returns to the store after dispatch. If you use another platform, ask us about the options rather than assuming a particular connection is already available.
Your stock is counted and checked on arrival, with discrepancies flagged. Each order is then picked, barcode-checked and packed in a suitable box or mailer. Your packaging still belongs to your brand
Outsourcing packing does not mean every parcel has to look anonymous. Standard boxes or mailers are included in pick and pack, and we can agree the use of your own branded materials. Tissue, thank-you cards, samples and gift wrapping can be discussed as part of your order requirements.
Tell us which additions belong in every order and which apply only to certain products. A clear packing plan helps preserve the experience you want customers to have. Gift wrap and inserts start from 30p per order, excluding VAT; the details should be agreed before they become part of routine fulfilment.
Belfast stock, customers across the UK and Ireland
Your shop may be local, but your customers do not have to be. We ship from Belfast to Northern Ireland, Great Britain and the Republic of Ireland through Royal Mail, Evri and DPD. The choice of service depends on parcel size, value and destination, with tracking sent back to your connected store.
International and EU shipping is available on request, including DHL Express options. Ask about your products and intended destinations so delivery choices can be considered properly. We do not promise one transit time for every route or treat the location of the stock as a guarantee of the delivery date.
What does Belfast fulfilment cost?
Our standard rate card starts with £150 one-off onboarding. Pick and pack is £2.00 per order, plus 25p per extra item, including a standard box or mailer. Storage is £8 per shelf per month. Receiving stock costs £15 per delivery, while large deliveries are charged at £20 per hour.
Shipping is charged at our discounted courier rate plus 50p per label. Returns are £1.50 per item. All prices exclude VAT. Returns and day-to-day communication
Customer returns can be sent to our unit. We inspect the item, report its condition and put suitable products back into stock. Damaged goods are set aside for you to decide what happens next. That keeps the decision about your products with you while taking the physical checking work off your hands.
Monthly billing is itemised for the previous month, covering the orders packed, space used, stock received and postage. If your requirements change, speak to us about the new packing or stock plan. A straightforward relationship matters just as much as getting the first batch of orders out.
