3PL Northern Ireland: Fulfilment From Belfast

Stock storage, careful packing and shipping from Belfast for online brands across Northern Ireland, the UK and Ireland.

A fulfilment partner, not another job to manage

Running an online shop means balancing products, customers, marketing and a growing pile of parcels. A third-party logistics provider, usually called a 3PL, takes the physical work of fulfilling orders off your hands. You remain in charge of your brand and products; your fulfilment partner receives the stock, stores it and sends each order to the customer.

Pack & Post NI provides that hands-on service from Belfast. We work with small online brands that want dependable packing without a monthly subscription or a minimum order commitment. Whether your business is based in Northern Ireland, elsewhere in the UK or in Ireland, your stock can come to us and your orders can leave from one agreed fulfilment operation.

What our Northern Ireland 3PL service includes

We start with a conversation about your shop, products and customers. Packing preferences are agreed and written down, so the way we prepare an order reflects what you want your customers to receive. We connect your supported store and set up your products before the first stock delivery arrives.

When you send stock, we unload, count and check the delivery against what was expected. Any discrepancies are flagged, and products go onto clearly labelled shelves. If your products need barcodes, we can add them. Storage is clean, dry and secure, with stock levels synced back to your connected shop.

For each order, we pick the correct products, barcode-check them and pack them in a suitable box or mailer. Standard packaging is included in the pick-and-pack price. If you want branded packaging, tissue, a thank-you card, a sample or gift wrapping, we agree the details and additional charges with you first.

We print the shipping label, hand the parcel to the courier and send tracking back to your store. Customer returns can come to our unit too: we check the item, report its condition and return suitable goods to stock. Damaged items are set aside for your decision rather than automatically being sold again.

Who is this service for?

Our service suits small online brands that are ready to stop packing everything themselves. You may be working from a spare room, losing evenings to labels and tape, or finding that stock is taking over space you need for something else. Outsourcing fulfilment can give you room to concentrate on customers and growing the business.

You do not need a large order volume to start. There are no minimum orders, so a smaller shop can discuss the same practical questions as an established brand: how many products need storing, how often stock arrives, what each parcel contains and where customers live. These details matter more to a useful quote than an impressive headline number.

It is worth discussing your products before moving stock. Tell us about sizes, weights, variations, fragile items and any special packing requirements. We can then agree whether the service is right for you and avoid assumptions about what a standard order involves.

Clear pricing, without a monthly subscription

Our standard onboarding charge is £150 one-off. Pick and pack costs £2.00 per order, plus 25p per extra item, including a standard box or mailer. Storage is £8 per shelf per month. Goods in costs £15 per delivery, with large deliveries charged at £20 per hour.

Shipping labels cost our discounted courier rate plus 50p per label. Returns are £1.50 per item, and gift wrap and inserts start from 30p per order. All prices exclude VAT. There is no monthly subscription and no minimum order volume; your bill reflects the services you use.

Postage is not one fixed figure because parcel size, weight, destination and service affect the rate. An accurate monthly estimate also needs your average items per order, shelf space and stock delivery pattern. Read the full fulfilment rate card, then request a tailored quote using your own figures.

Shop platforms and courier choices

Shopify, TikTok Shop and Etsy connect directly to our system, allowing orders to flow through without copying them into a spreadsheet. Tracking and stock information sync back to the connected store. If you use another sales platform, contact us to discuss the options before deciding how to move your fulfilment.

For UK and Ireland parcels, we work with Royal Mail, Evri and DPD. The right courier depends on the parcel, its value and where it is going. We do not assume that one service is best for every order. International express options with DHL Express are available on request, subject to your products and destination.

Shipping to Northern Ireland, Great Britain and Ireland

Your stock is held in our Belfast unit, while your customer base can extend across Northern Ireland, Great Britain and the Republic of Ireland. A Belfast dispatch point does not mean your shop has to sell only locally. Brands can send stock from elsewhere and use the same fulfilment partner for customers in these different markets.

Delivery times and charges depend on the courier service, not simply the location of the warehouse. Before starting, we talk through your typical destinations, parcel sizes and tracking needs. International or EU requests need a separate discussion about the products and delivery options rather than an assumption that every route works in the same way.

Why choose a local Northern Ireland 3PL?

A local partner gives you a real person to speak to about the stock and orders they handle. At Pack & Post NI, Nathan knows your products and packing preferences. If you need to change an insert, query a delivery or discuss a return, you can contact the person involved in your fulfilment rather than starting from scratch each time.

For Belfast brands, being nearby also makes it possible to arrange a look around the unit and discuss how stock will reach us. Our Belfast e-commerce fulfilment service explains the local approach. Businesses further away are equally welcome; the important thing is clear communication and an agreed process.
