No. We have no minimum order volume and no monthly subscription. Whether you send ten orders a week or a thousand a month, you only pay for what you use.

We connect directly with Shopify, TikTok Shop and Etsy. If you sell on eBay, WooCommerce or elsewhere, get in touch and we'll talk you through the options.

Orders received before our daily cut-off are picked, packed and handed to the courier the same working day. Orders after the cut-off go out the next working day.

We use Royal Mail, Evri and DPD, and choose the best service for each parcel based on size, value and destination. You get our discounted rate plus 50p per label.

Yes. We send parcels across Northern Ireland, Great Britain and the Republic of Ireland every day. For specific products, we recommend checking current HMRC guidance.

You receive one itemised invoice at the start of each month for the previous month's activity: orders, storage, goods in and postage. All prices exclude VAT.

Absolutely. I'm a local business here in Northern Ireland and I'm happy to show you where your stock lives and how your orders get packed. Just arrange a time with me.

There's no long contract. You can leave any time with reasonable notice, and we'll help you move your stock.

Yes. Send us your branded boxes, mailers, tissue or cards and we'll use them on every order. Gift wrap and inserts start from 30p per order.

No. Brands anywhere in the UK, Ireland or further afield can send their stock to our Belfast unit, and we pick, pack and post every order from here.

We ship across Northern Ireland, Great Britain and the Republic of Ireland, and internationally on request. Shipping options depend on your products, so we'll confirm the best services when we quote.
